Application for Admission 2024-25

How to apply.

• Candidate should apply only through online http://www.stjohnskk.ac.in/eportal/index.php/onlinestudentregistration
• Before applying online, the candidates should ready with their recent passport size latest photo in digital format.(JPEG, Size - less than 50kb)
• Valid mobile number and email ID is mandatory for registration and should always be kept in active. All communications and messages will send through the registered mobile number.
• After completing all information and before submitting the application it will prompt for payment. There is two types of payment options - Offline mode and online mode
  Offline mode - The candidate should pay the assigned application fee in the college fees counter and receive the receipt. By giving the receipt number in the textbox the user can download the filled application form in pdf format and complete the registration process.
  Paylater mode - By choosing the Paylater option the candidate can download the admission form directly. The candidate should pay the application fees directly in the college office during the admission process. The candidates of StJohns College may be exempt from paying the application fee
• Once completing the online application the candidate can LOGIN using APPLICATION NUMBER as username and their date of birth in DD-MM-YYYY format as password and make changes if any and download the application. For example Username : 242500001 Password: 08-11-2002
• The printout of downloaded application form should be produced on the time of admission.
• Candidates need not send the printout of the online application or any other supporting documents to the college via Postal or by Courier.
• The application is liable for rejection at any stage, if any details given in online application found to be wromg during certificate verification.
